How to raise a complaint

Please include your name, the address of the project, and a clear description of the issue, with photos if helpful.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within a few working days.
- We will investigate the matter fully and fairly, speaking with the team involved.
- We will respond with our findings and, where appropriate, a plan to resolve the issue.
- We will keep you updated until the matter is resolved to a fair conclusion.
Our guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship and will return to put right any defect in our work that arises from our workmanship within the agreed guarantee period for your project. Specific guarantee terms are confirmed in writing as part of your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products and materials are passed on to you where applicable.
