We take great pride in our work, and your satisfaction matters to us. This page explains our commitment to quality and how to raise a concern if something is not right.
Our commitment
On every project, GS Renovation aims to deliver work to a high standard, on time and as agreed. We are fully insured, work to building control requirements where applicable, and stand behind our workmanship.
- Workmanship carried out to a professional standard
- Fully insured, with the appropriate cover in place
- Building Regulations compliance and certificates where required
- A dedicated point of contact throughout your project
- Aftercare and support once your project is complete
How to raise a complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or work, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right. You can contact us by:
- Phone: 07472 424 226
- Email: info@gsrenovationltd.co.uk
Please include your name, the address of the project, and a clear description of the issue, with photos if helpful.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within a few working days.
- We will investigate the matter fully and fairly, speaking with the team involved.
- We will respond with our findings and, where appropriate, a plan to resolve the issue.
- We will keep you updated until the matter is resolved to a fair conclusion.
Our guarantee
We provide a five year guarantee on installations we carry out. Within that period we will return and put right, at our cost, any defect that arises from our workmanship. The guarantee covers our labour and installation; it does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by others, or problems arising from materials you have supplied yourself.
Specific guarantee terms are confirmed in writing as part of your project agreement, so you have them before work starts. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products and materials are passed on to you where applicable, and these run for whatever period the manufacturer sets rather than ours.
Get in touch
We would always rather hear from you and resolve any concern directly. Please contact us and we will do everything we reasonably can to make it right.
